services on an annual basis: general review and clean-up, certified financial statements, CFO analysis, and year-end tax preparation. This package includes an annual meeting to review your company’s financial performance along with unlimited advice on ad-hoc matters.
· Management Accounting Package For growing companies who
want to start implementing best financial management practices. Generally
includes the following services on a quarterly basis: general review and clean-up, certified financial statements, CFO analysis, cash flow and profit planning, implementation of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system tied to your company’s targets, and year-end tax planning and preparation. This package includes quarterly meetings to review your company’s financial performance along with unlimited advice on ad-hoc matters.
For mid-sized companies
who need hands-on assistance with their financial management but
aren't ready to hire a full-time CFO. Generally includes the following
